What we collect.
Only what you send us, through the form (name, company, email, budget range, message) or by writing to us directly. Name, company, email and message are needed to reply; without them we can’t answer you. The form sends your message as an email to global@10210.studio: nothing is stored on this site. When you visit, the hosting server records technical data in its logs, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested.
Why, and on what basis.
To reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The basis, under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, is art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract, and art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping a record of them. Server logs: art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. We don’t use your details for marketing and we don’t add you to any mailing list.
Who sees them.
The people at 10210 who work on your enquiry. Our email runs on Google Workspace, and messages to global@10210.studio are also forwarded to a studio Gmail inbox: Google processes them on our behalf. Site hosting and server logs: IONOS SE, on servers in the European Union. We don’t sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
Outside the UK and the EU.
Our providers may process data in other countries. When your data leaves the UK or the EU, it is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses, with the UK addendum where needed. A copy of the safeguards is available on request at global@10210.studio.
How long.
24 months from our last contact. If we work together, the legal retention periods for contracts and accounting apply. Server logs are kept by the host for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights.
Under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to global@10210.studio: we reply within one month.
Complaints.
If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first and we will put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection authority: ico.org.uk. If you live in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your own country.
